Odom + Graham Wedding - Rock Hill, SC

I remember watching The Lion King (repeatedly) with Zachary when he was a boy.  Sitting on the floor, 2 feet in front of the television, in the dark.  His big brown eyes wide open, cheering on Simba hour after hour.  I was always impressed with his love and admiration for this movie regardless of the amount of times he'd watched it.  I've watched him look at Hope with similar admiration, his long time love and brand new bride.  I've know since he was 2 years old that he was a boy with a loyal heart.  I'm so excited for these two!  Even though I'm far away, and have been since Zack was young, I've always had a special place for Zack and Spencer.  Congrats to you and Hope.  She is a lovely and welcome addition to the family.

 Part I - Getting Ready

Andrew Jackson State Park was the perfect venue for the Odom + Graham wedding! The cute little blue schoolhouse was a dream for a photographer.  

 

Part II - The Ceremony 

I totally fell in love with the rustic ambiance that the amphitheater had to offer.  From the ceremony, to the cupcakes, to the dancing, this was the place to be! 

Part III -Bride + Groom
What a handsome couple...  I'm not shocked that these two shined so bright on their big day.  Doesn't take much to make diamonds shine.  Just sayin'.

Part IV -Bridal Party

Apparently my little cousin and his gorgeous bride only associate themselves with attractive/intelligent people.  Who knew!?! 


Part V - Family, Friends, Festivities + DANCING.

Good looking' families too... guess that old saying about two beautiful people having ugly babies was just a lie.  (Could be biased).  : ) OMG... the dancing... I did not expect this.  These people can bring down a house!  Zachary and Hope (and both sets of parents) can really dance! 


 Part VI - The Details

I LOVED the rustic decor at this wedding!  Every dining table was adorned with antique trinkets that have been collected by the parents of the bride.  Each piece carefully picked with love.  An eclectic mix with a strong artistic feel.  From the scrabble board to the handwritten seating cards, this wedding was absolutely amazing!

 





I cannot explain how grateful I am that I got be a part of a such a wonderful day!  My little cousin is a man now and he's found such a beautiful, kind, and smart woman to spend his life with!  Congrats....let me know when I need to schedule the maternity shoot ; ).

It's hard to decide what particular thing made this wedding so extraordinary.  Perhaps the laid back mood prior to the wedding, perhaps it was the glowing bride, at the end of the day I'm sure a number of things contributed to the wonderment of the day.  The one thing that certainly stood out is how well matched this couple is.  These two are incredible separately, together, they are a force. They have found the sweet balance between reality and fairy tale; after four years of marriage myself, I can tell you how important that is.  It was an honor to capture their wedding. Charles + Liv Engagement Session - Summerville, SC

Charles and Liv....ahhhh, such an inspirational love story.  I spoke to Charles on the phone (once) and I've emailed Liv once or twice.  I was expecting a nice couple, but was more than impressed with these two kind souls.  When I pulled into Rosebrock Park they were sitting side by side on a picnic table, looking adorable! I immediately felt like we were kindred spirits.   I'm super grateful they chose me to capture their moments for them.     Liv would had been content taking no pictures and chasing frogs and butterflies. Charlie would had been just as content watching her.  She is a real life Cinderella.  I picture her waking in the morning and summoning her animal friends with a soothing song.  She is a warm person and I really think I could hang out with her everyday.  You can tell these two have a real connection.  I love my job!!  Charles + Liv have been together for 8 years!
